directly at our office. We accept cheques/credit/debit cards
& bus tokens
We can also offer free parking at our depot with savings
on your ticket price.

Our day trips are not express routes.
The intention is for our passengers to enjoy a pleasurable
day out, so if you are meeting friends at the destination,
please remember, we do not have any specific time of
arrival. It is always an approximate time, dependent
on traffic and weather conditions. |

Please be at your pick up point 5 minutes before
departure, we will not be held responsible for any passengers
arriving late. |

We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to lack
of response or amend seat numbers if these trips are
merged with another coach. |

Refunds are only given if seat is resold before the
departure date. |

All tours pick up within, or close to City of Bristol
boundary. |

We operate feeder coaches on outward and return journeys,
which may incur some slight delays at the changeover
points. |
|
Should you not wish to take advantage of our feeder
service, we would be pleased to accommodate customer
cars at our depot. |

We operate a no smoking policy on all our trips. |
|
Seat belts are fitted to all our coaches for your
safety, please use them. |
